when you use our contact form, we receive the information you voluntarily provide: name, email address, phone number (optional), and your message. this information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and is not stored permanently in any database.
we do not collect, store, or process any payment data (e.g. credit card numbers) ourselves. all payment processing is handled exclusively by stripe, inc. when you click "buy now", you are redirected directly to stripe's secure checkout page. we only receive an anonymous confirmation from stripe indicating whether a transaction was successful or not.
3. how we use your data
the contact data you submit is used exclusively to process and respond to your inquiry. we do not use any analytics or tracking tools. we do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.
4. third-party services
we use stripe, inc. for payment processing and whatsapp for direct client communication. both services are subject to their own privacy policies. stripe processes all payment data on its own secure servers.
5. your rights
