Terms of Service

1. scope of services
flowmatic lab llc provides design, web development, and automation services billed via "service units." by using our website and purchasing service units, you agree to these terms.
2. service units
one (1) service unit corresponds to a fixed unit of work. units are purchased in advance (prepaid). no volume discounts apply; every unit has the same value. the price per unit is 10 usd (or 10 eur for european customers).
3. validity
purchased service units are valid indefinitely and do not expire.
4. payment processing
all payments are processed exclusively through stripe, inc. we do not receive, store, or process any payment data (e.g. card numbers). by completing a payment, you confirm that you have accepted stripe's payment terms.
5. project execution
work commences once the required units are allocated. the exact number of units to be consumed is agreed individually with the client prior to the start of the project.
6. intellectual property
upon full payment of the agreed service units, all deliverables and intellectual property rights transfer to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. limitation of liability
flowmatic lab llc is liable only for damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence. liability is limited to the total amount of service units purchased for the relevant project.
8. governing law
these terms are governed by the laws of the state of new mexico, usa.
